The manufacturer will carry out strict water resistance testing on them, and judge whether the product performance meets the requirements through the testing data. 1、 Key points of waterproof test for dental washer
Because the main body of the dental cleaner has anti-seepage technology, the body is mostly sealed as a whole, so it is required not to damage the appearance and internal parts in the waterproof test. Secondly, the waterproof test grade of each type or brand of dental wash is different, so the waterproof detector needs to have the function of detecting multiple waterproof tests to better monitor the product quality.

2、 Waterproof test of dental washer
Based on the above testing requirements of the dental washing machine, the air tightness testing method is used to test the water tightness. We make a suitable mold and tooling for the dental washing machine that needs to be tested for water tightness, place the dental washing machine in the mold to form a sealed testing space, and then the tooling will inflate the mold. The changes felt by the precision pressure sensor of the dental washing machine's water resistance testing equipment are transmitted to the water resistance testing system, Finally, after a series of calculations, the gas leakage value can be obtained, and then the sealing performance and IP waterproof grade of the dental washer can be detected according to the leakage value.
