The customer requires that the middle frame of the smart bracelet should be waterproof to IP68. According to the requirements, Unielmeasurement has used the following equipment and solutions:
Solution: adopt direct test method, with test pressure of 500KPA, inflation time of 10S, pressure stabilization time of 10S, test time of 5S, and upper leakage limit of 0.09KPA. The test mold is designed according to the structure of the middle frame of the bracelet. The mold is used to seal the upper and lower sides and the periphery of the bracelet. The instrument inflates the periphery of the bracelet according to the set parameters, stabilizes the pressure, and tests. OK or NG is determined by monitoring the change of air pressure.
