Instrument characteristics

● High sensitivity pressure sensing and regulating unit, combined with advanced differential pressure software algorithm, has a minimum resolution of 0.1Pa, which has been patented.
● Unielmeasurement 's proprietary technology, greatly improves the test accuracy, ensures the stability of the instrument, and greatly improves the inflation speed.
● Multiple test functions: the instrument integrates positive and negative pressure forms and eight test methods, and can compile two pressure forms and five test methods into more than 20 test functions.
● It has 100 groups of subprograms, each group of subprograms can be individually programmed, can be selected and combined, and can meet various complex test requirements.
● Full touch large screen intelligent operating system, graphical UI design based on detection process, simple and clear operation interface, easy to teach and learn.
● A variety of pressure regulating components and measuring ranges are optional, and the air pressure range is wide (- 100kpa-1MPa). The optional electronic pressure regulating valve can realize the sequential test of multiple groups of pressures.
● Multiple communication interfaces: built-in 232 serial port, 485 serial port, RJ45 network port (optional), USB communication interface, LTP external I/O control port, supporting multiple communication protocols.
● Barcode scanning function and printer can be optionally purchased to facilitate product data management and quality traceability. The instrument history can be up to 200000 pieces and can be exported to the computer in batch.
● The standard volume identification function can automatically identify the volume of the sample to be measured, and can measure and judge the leakage rate in the volume way.
● Ultra high stability and ease of use, which has been rigorously tested by the market.
● A variety of accessories are available, such as inflation bypass, quick connector and standard leak. At the same time, the instrument supports third-party calibration and can issue a calibration report.
